The Art of Ribs will attract local, regional and national professional BBQ vendors.

- Baby Ribs Featuring the Late Mrs. Ribs (ribs and more!)
- Hank Daddy’s BBQ (Ribs, Pulled Portk, Beans, Coleslaw and more!)
Everyone is invited participate in the BEST RIBS JUDGING CONTEST. There are two judging categories, PEOPLES CHOICE and CERTIFIED KCBS JUDGING. Two trophies will be awarded to the BEST RIBS in both categories. The winners will be announced and trophies presented on Sunday, August 15 at 5PM from the stage in Academy Park.
Food Vendors
Various food vendors will offer a variety of items to compliment our BBQ vendors. We promise there is something for everyone!
